Hello & Welcome!
My name is My Pham, I am a wife and mom of two. I am based in Atlanta, where we call home. I’ve always been very crafty and a lover of “DIY”. My passion for photography started after the birth of my first born. I would snap bundles of photos for every milestone. I mean how could I not? I was obsessed and I realized that babies don’t stay little bitty forever. That’s when we planned for baby # two. Those two are the reason, I do what I do. I capture those moments that many of us would love to hold on to forever.
I created Knox portraits in hopes of capturing candid, everlasting memories. My goal is to help tell your story through imagery. I specialize in natural light photography. My session ranges from families, milestone, lifestyle shoots, maternity, engagements, senior portraits, and bridal shoots. I am always open to new ideas and challenges.
I am so glad you are here, feel free to contact me via email with any questions you have. I can’t wait to meet you.
FAQ
Do you photograph indoor/outdoor?
I photograph both in/outdoor but I personal love natural lighting.
Where are you based?
I, along with my studio are located in Atlanta, Ga off of 285 on Buford Hwy.
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online proof gallery link with all your photos within a week. You'll pick the photos you want to be edited, once payment and order is confirm editing shall proceed. The turn around time for the edits is maximum of 3 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!
Do you give RAW files?
Unfortunately I don’t because of a few reasons. RAW files are not universally compatible and require a special software to even view them. Therefore, unlike JPEG files, which are automatically processed in camera, RAW format captures data with the intention of processing and editing to make a final image. The final image is the accurate representation of my work.
Why do you recommend newborn to be photograph before two weeks of age?
Babies older than two weeks of age are more alter and do not fall into deep, deep sleep. Colic may become evident as well as baby acne after 2 week mark.
How do I best prepare for my session?
I will send out a style - guide before the session to help with your outfit. Plan you outfit at least a week in advance. Make hair, nail, and makeup appointment before the session. And of course, make sure to get a great night sleep.
